Refund Policy

We firmly believe in our product and support it 100%, but we understand that it can’t work perfectly for everyone at any time many variables can affect connection performance. If you are not satisfied with your purchase or if you encounter a problem that we cannot solve and that makes the system unusable, we will be happy to provide you with a full refund within 7 days of your original purchase and no other IPTV provider will give you the same terms as we.

A few Conditions:

We cannot reimburse you for technical problems with your equipment unless you authorize us to assist you and follow our instructions. If we cannot solve the problem for you, we will refund you more you need to provide us with preveus that the product does not work much preferable a video. Please contact us before requesting a refund for a technical problem, and let our teams help you we always reply to emails within 12 hours Max.

If you paid by credit card, refunds are usually processed and funds returned to the customer’s bank account debit card within 20 business days.

However, there are cases where a refund takes longer to process, up to 90 days.
